Qualifications

• 7+ years of electrical design engineering experience in consumer product development.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• Ability to lead engineering teams and manage complex projects from concept to production.
• Proficiency with electrical design, simulation, and analysis tools.
• Strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Product Development from concept through production, including prototyping and testing.
• Provide Technical Leadership to guide engineering teams and manage timelines.
• Drive innovation and improve product designs for performance and cost.
• Ensure engineering quality and compliance with specifications and standards.
