Job summary

Electroswitch is seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer to provide hands-on design, testing, and lifecycle support for electrical and electronic products. You will own technical issues, drive improvements with manufacturing and quality teams, and lead new product development initiatives.

Responsibilities include developing electrical schematics and specifications, performing root-cause analysis, and ensuring robust technical documentation and BOM management throughout the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical engineering within a manufacturing environment and ownership of technical issues.
• Proficient in developing electrical schematics, specifications, and root-cause analysis for product failures.
• Strong technical leadership and ability to drive product development initiatives across teams.
