Job summary

Exemplar Global is seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer for Product Innovation & Development to own electrical/electronic product development from concept to production. You will guide design decisions, lead teams, and drive innovative solutions that balance performance, reliability, and manufacturability.

The role emphasizes hands-on engineering leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and ownership of delivery milestones from design through launch.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
7+ years of electrical design engineering experience.
Experience with consumer product development.
Strong understanding of circuits, components, schematics, testing.
Proven leadership guiding engineering teams and projects.
Experience transforming concepts into manufacturable designs.

Responsibilities

Lead electrical/electronic design from concept through prototyping, testing, validation and production launch.
Provide direction; set priorities, manage timelines, and move complex initiatives forward.
Develop new electrical solutions to improve performance, reliability, manufacturability and cost-effectiveness.
Troubleshoot designs, evaluate, and ensure they meet specifications and quality standards.
Develop and manage technical documentation, cost estimates, testing strategies, project schedules, resources, milestones.
