Valar Atomics in the United States seeks a Lead Electrical Engineer to direct and grow our electrical engineering team. You will own electrical delivery across reactor, fuel manufacturing, power generation, and distribution, from interconnection to LV systems. This role blends hands-on design authority with strategic leadership and deep collaboration with I&C, mechanical, process, and safety engineers.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or closely related field.
• 10+ years of electrical engineering experience in power generation, utility, process, or industrial projects.
• Experience leading an electrical engineering team and hiring engineers.

Responsabilidades

• Lead electrical engineering delivery across Reactor, Nuclear Fuel Manufacturing, Power Generation, and Power Distribution.
• Own the electrical architecture end-to-end from HV interconnection to LV systems.
• Manage staffing, prioritization, and professional development of engineers.
