Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from ABET accredited program.
• 14 years of relevant exempt experience.
• Advanced degree (M.S. or Ph.D.) preferred; extensive naval propulsion experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of the next generation electric plant for submarines.
• Coordinate across disciplines and manage customer liaison and budget considerations.
• Mentor and develop engineers for future naval propulsion projects.
