Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree required; 5 years of related experience if no degree equivalent.
• Substitutions allowed: 4 years exempt, 8 years non-exempt, or 12 years non-exempt experience.
• Experience with CVN ship design or modernization is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead cross program projects that integrate digital tools to improve workflow efficiency.
• Develop, standardize, and implement design procedures and training for designers.
• Create and deliver training programs for department designers at all levels.
• Lead quality investigations and guide teams to resolve high-priority issues.
