Job summary

T&M Associates is seeking an experienced Supervising Electrical Engineer to join our MEP team in New Jersey. This leadership role blends technical excellence with project leadership for electrical systems in buildings and facilities.

The successful candidate will lead design and delivery of complex electrical projects, oversee technical staff, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide innovative engineering solutions for public and private sector clients.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
10+ years of progressive electrical engineering and design experience in MEP/building systems.
Strong knowledge of power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and low-voltage systems.
Experience with public-sector, institutional, commercial, healthcare, higher education projects preferred.
Proficiency with AutoCAD; Revit experience strongly preferred.
Understanding of building codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
