Placements24 is seeking an accomplished Lead Electrical Engineer in George to spearhead complex power systems projects. You will guide a team of engineers, coordinate design, testing, and commissioning, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• 10+ years of electrical engineering experience with at least 3 years in leadership.
• Pr.Eng registration with ECSA is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of electrical engineers.
• Oversee lifecycle of projects from concept to commissioning.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Ensure compliance with national and international safety and quality standards.
• Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and technical reviews.
• Act as primary technical contact for clients and consultants.
