Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a diligent Project Electrical Engineer to oversee the electrical aspects of multiple projects, from design through testing and handover. You will drive safety, quality, and schedule adherence on site.

The role requires 5+ years in project engineering with electrical focus, strong leadership, and ability to coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• 5+ years of experience in project engineering with focus on electrical projects.
• Proven track record of managing projects from inception to completion.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, power distribution and low‑voltage systems.
• Familiarity with project management software and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the electrical engineering aspects of assigned projects, ensuring alignment with goals and client requirements.
• Develop project plans, schedules and budgets for electrical installations and upgrades.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and internal teams for timely procurement and delivery.
• Oversee on-site electrical installation activities, ensuring compliance with specs and safety protocols.
• Prepare project reports, progress updates and final documentation for project closure.
