Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of electrical engineers, providing technical direction and performance feedback.
• Oversee the complete lifecycle of electrical engineering projects, from conceptualization and design to commissioning and handover.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Ensure all designs and installations meet national and international electrical safety and quality standards.
• Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and technical reviews for proposed projects.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients and external consultants on electrical matters.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in electrical engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Demonstrated expertise in power systems design, protection, and control systems.
• Proficiency in relevant electrical design and simulation software.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Registered as a Professional Engineer (Pr.Eng) with ECSA.
