Job summary

T&M Associates is seeking a Supervising Electrical Engineer for our Bloomfield, NJ office. This leadership role focuses on guiding the design and delivery of complex electrical projects and mentoring the technical staff within the MEP team.

The successful candidate will drive electrical power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and low-voltage building systems across public and private sector projects, ensuring compliance, quality, and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline is required.
• PE license is preferred for this leadership role.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in electrical engineering and design within the MEP, facilities, or building systems industry.
• Strong knowledge of electrical power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and low-voltage building systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of complex electrical projects and oversee technical staff.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary MEP teams to provide innovative and high-quality engineering solutions for public and private sector clients.
