Job summary

Elevate Human Capital in Magnolia, TX is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join its client in the Magnolia area. The role spans design through construction, with exposure to both engineering design and construction operations in a hybrid setting.

The ideal candidate has a B.E. in Electrical Engineering, 8+ years of infrastructure and building electrical design, a Texas P.E., and proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit. Travel to project sites across states is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• 8+ years of infrastructure and building electrical design experience.
• Texas Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required.
• Proficiency with BIM and drafting software (AutoCAD, Revit).
• Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles: lighting, medium-voltage, power, protections.
• Experience providing construction support services and ability to review electrical plans.

Responsibilities

• Produce construction documents and electrical design deliverables for infrastructure and building projects.
• Manage design projects with quality control and schedule adherence.
• Support construction administration and project execution.
• Provide leadership and technical oversight across project lifecycles.
• Travel to project sites across multiple states as needed.
