Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET accredited College or University.
• Specific, in-depth technical knowledge and expertise in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in a variety of plant and staff assignments, including maintenance and operations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams to achieve project results within required timeframes.
• Evidence of continuing self-development.
• Strong experience with manufacturing control systems, variable speed motor drives; HMI (Human Machine Interfaces); sensors; automated inspection systems.
• 1+ year of Electrical Engineering experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot complex electrical systems and implement maintenance practices.
• Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project results within timelines.
• Design, develop, optimize and problem solve manufacturing processes.
• Provide leadership and creativity in design and implementation of electrical control systems.
• Develop equipment and processes that meet safety codes and guidelines.
