Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Electrical Engineering and 7 years of industrial experience in a high-speed consumer product manufacturing environment.
• Must have 5 years of experience in PLCs, variable speed drives, HMIs, instrumentation, power distribution, and mill/asset support or capital projects.
• Willingness to travel domestically 15% and internationally 15%.

Responsibilities

• Lead asset improvement projects from inception to installation, commissioning, and start-up.
• Drive continuous improvement and reliability enhancements for assigned assets and processes.
• Develop and deliver training materials for electrical resources and mentor team members.
