Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • 7 years of industrial electrical experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment.
  • 5 years with PLCs, variable speed drives, HMIs, instrumentation, power distribution.
  • Willing to travel domestically and internationally up to 15%.

Responsibilities

  • Lead asset improvement projects from inception to startup.
  • Drive continuous improvement and reliability for assigned assets.
  • Collaborate with maintenance and utilities on electrical support.
  • Develop and implement safety-compliant electrical designs.
