Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field required; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years of electrical engineering experience, ideally with power transformers or data center applications.
• Strong knowledge of transformer design, insulation systems, losses, and short‑circuit behavior.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design for data center transformers, including winding concepts, losses, insulation, and performance optimization.
• Develop calculations, simulations, and engineering documentation for bids and execution.
• Align designs with IEEE, IEC, and customer-specific requirements.
• Collaborate across mechanical, electrical, cooling, and system engineering teams.
• Participate in customer design reviews and present engineering rationale.
• Support testing, validation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
• Drive innovation and standardization in materials and design methods.
