Job summary

EnerSys Bren-Tronics division seeks a Lead Electrical Engineer to design, develop, test, and support electrical systems used in battery manufacturing. This role provides technical leadership on projects and collaborates with cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements and manufacturing goals.

The position requires a BS in Electrical Engineering, 6+ years of experience, and strong skills in analog/low EMI design, charger circuits, and micro-power circuitry.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering required.
• Experience with low EMI circuit design, analog design, charger circuits, and micro-power circuits preferred.
• Strong communication across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, development, and improvement of electrical systems and products used in battery manufacturing.
• Develop electrical schematics, drawings, and technical documentation.
• Prepare and review contract drawings and technical specifications.
• Build and evaluate prototypes to validate performance.
• Lead design improvements to enhance quality, reliability, and cost.
• Collaborate with Mechanical, Manufacturing, Quality, and Program teams.
• Develop and execute product test plans to verify performance.
