Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
- 4+ years of Electrical Engineering experience; defense manufacturing strongly preferred.
- Experience with low EMI circuit design and power electronics.
- Strong teamwork and cross-functional communication.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop electrical systems and products for battery-related manufacturing.
- Assist in preparing contract drawings and specifications.
- Create models and prototypes of products.
- Research solutions and estimate costs and timelines.
- Collaborate with design, mechanical, and packaging teams.
- Provide technical guidance to production personnel.
- Develop test plans for product quality and acceptance.
- Record and analyze test data; modify and re-test products.
- Prepare product documentation, write reports and present findings.
