Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an Electrical Engineering technical lead and functional manager to guide rapid prototyping to flight-ready products. You will drive architecture choices, oversee board design, and ensure robust integration across electrical, software, and mechanical teams for drones and rocket motor systems.

With 10+ years in embedded design, you’ll tackle mixed-signal challenges in extreme environments, mentor a multi-disciplinary team, and help scale products for mass production

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience designing, testing, and troubleshooting complex embedded systems and products.
• Demonstrated experience designing and integrating mixed signal circuits.
• Proficiency with Altium or equivalent ECAD tools.
• Competence with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, debuggers, current-probes, and automation of tests.
• Experience managing a multi-disciplinary team of engineers, technicians, and support staff.
• Experience working on products used in extreme environments (aerospace, defense, etc.).
• U.S. Person status is required as this position needs to access export controlled data.

Responsibilities

• Lead a technical team through concept to flight delivery for R&D/prototype design with a goal to transition to product line ramp up to production of new drones, rocket motor systems, and more.
• Guide the team through architecture trades, board design, implementation, troubleshooting and validation, supporting system level integration, flight test, and customer deliveries.
• Troubleshoot issues that span the electrical and software boundaries, with solid skills using both lab equipment and software debugging tools.
• Work closely with other electrical, mechanical, software, firmware, and test engineers to deliver fully functional products.
• Mature the product designs for scale with focus on optimizing manufacturing and scaling designs for mass production
• Work in a fast-paced environment supporting new developments, active deployments, and customer operated hardware.
