You will lead a team on interesting and challenging projects involving investigating, troubleshooting, and solving a wide variety of electrical engineering issues to support single and multi-discipline projects.
The majority of projects require multi-discipline interface and coordination.
Responsibilities include:
Leading the detailed design phases, including interface and coordination with other disciplines.
Developing project scope, cost estimates, and schedules for complex electrical modifications at nuclear power plants.
Providing technical oversight for all electrical activities, including design change packages, engineering calculations (e.g., power studies, short circuit, cable ampacity), equipment procurement specifications, and bid review processes.
Interfacing with clients to validate scope and ensure satisfaction.
Mentoring and guiding the development of the team.
Identifying client needs for strategic opportunities and leveraging relationships for follow-on work.
Preparing and coordinating multi-discipline proposals.
