Trillium Professional is seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer for a full-time, remote position with one of our direct clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage a team of electrical engineers, providing mentorship and guidance.
2. Oversee the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems and components. Sign and approve electrical design drawings, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
3. Collaborate with other engineering disciplines and project managers to ensure project success.
4. Conduct technical reviews and provide feedback on electrical designs and documentation.
5. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
6. Ensure all electrical engineering activities adhere to safety and quality standards.
7. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications:
