Job summary

Actalent is seeking an Electrical Distribution Lead Engineer in Ann Arbor, MI to drive projects up to 34.5 kV from design to completion. You will mentor junior engineers, manage scope, budget, schedule and quality, and coordinate multi-discipline teams with direct client engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in engineering; PE preferred.
• PE license highly preferred; US practice engineering degree required.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical distribution projects from design through completion.
• Prepare complex engineering deliverables (calculations, drawings, docs).
• Manage budgets, schedules, and quality across multi-discipline teams.
• Interface with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to coordinate activities.
• Provide technical leadership for overhead/underground distribution projects.
