Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Lead Electrical Design Engineer to lead complex analog/digital CCAs and PBAs for space, defense, and commercial programs. You will guide cross-functional teams, own design verification, and interact with customers and Chief Engineers, in a hybrid role based out of Florida.

The role emphasizes advanced sensor electronics, high-speed processing, DO-254 considerations, and mentoring other engineers while delivering robust, producible hardware solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a technical science field.
• 8+ years of digital/analog hardware electrical design experience.
• Strong knowledge of electrical design principles and standards.
• Lab testing and debugging of complex electronic circuits.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage electrical engineering projects end-to-end.
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and coaching to the team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
• Design analog, high-speed processing and digital CCAs for space systems.
• Support proposals and quotation efforts for design work.
