Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Lead Electrical Design Engineer to direct and manage complex PBA development programs in the Digital/Analog domain. You will design analog, high-speed processing and digital CCAs for space, aviation, and defense applications, while guiding a global engineering team and interfacing with customers and Chief Engineers.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive lab validation, and proven experience across DO-254 avionics contexts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (sciences/engineering/math)
• 8+ years of digital/analog hardware design experience
• Strong knowledge of electrical design principles, practices, and standards
• Significant lab experience testing and debugging complex circuits
• Proficiency in electrical design software and tools

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage electrical engineering projects from conception to completion.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
