Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Lead Electrical Design Engineer to lead electrical engineering projects, oversee design, development, and implementation of electrical systems, and provide technical leadership to a multi-disciplinary team.

The role emphasizes designing analog, high-speed processing and digital CCAs for aerospace applications, with responsibilities across system trades, architecture, design verification, and qualification in harsh environments. Hybrid work in Florida.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (EE, etc.).
• 8+ years of digital/analog hardware electrical design experience.
• Strong knowledge of electrical design principles, practices and standards.
• Significant lab experience testing and debugging complex electronic circuits.
• Proficiency in electrical design software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage electrical engineering projects from conception to completion.
• Provide technical expertise, guidance, and support to the team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
