Job summary

The Foth Companies is seeking a team-focused Lead Electrical and Controls Engineer to work from our Green Bay, Wisconsin office or a US-based remote location. This senior role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and 10+ years of engineering/design experience in manufacturing settings.

You will lead hardware and software design for industrial projects, coordinate PLC/DCS, HMI, VFD and servo motion programming, and guide CAD resources.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant engineering/design experience with exposure to manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical hardware and software design leadership for industrial projects.
• Develop design packages for bid and construction.
• Coordinate and execute design and programming of PLC/DCS, HMI, VFD and Servo Motion projects from hardware design and software integration through construction start-up.
• Coordinate electrical engineering and lead design/CAD resources.
• Travel to client sites and Foth office locations as needed (approximately 35% annually).
