Zusammenfassung

Foth seeks a Lead Electrical and Controls Engineer to drive hardware and software design for industrial projects. You will lead PLC/DCS, HMI, VFD, and servo developments from concept through start-up, coordinating CAD resources and client communications.

The role offers remote and Green Bay office options, with travel as needed. Senior-level experience with Rockwell and industrial automation is expected, enabling growth and client success.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with strong design focus.
10+ years of engineering/design experience in manufacturing environments.
Proven experience leading industrial control projects and teams.

Aufgaben

Lead hardware/software design for PLC/DCS, HMI, VFD, servo projects from concept to start-up.
Develop design packages for bid and construction.
Coordinate electrical design and CAD resources across multiple project teams.
Interface with clients daily to understand needs and cultivate opportunities.
Travel to client sites and offices ~35% annually.
