Qualifications
- 8-12 years of engineering/operations experience in manufacturing.
- Strong expertise in electrical, instrumentation, and control systems.
- Experience managing capital and expense budgets and schedules.
- Proven ability to lead multiple complex projects from concept through startup.
Responsibilities
- Lead electrical and controls engineering across all phases of capital projects.
- Develop requirements, specs, schedules, and engineering deliverables.
- Manage scope, budget, timelines, and resources to meet business objectives.
- Provide expert-level leadership in electrical design and automation platforms.
- Support system startup, validation, and commissioning activities.
- Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain.
