Responsibilities

• Lead design, maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of plant electrical systems.
• Maintain electrical docs, diagrams, and safety compliance with NEC/NFPA 70E/OSHA.
• Manage contractors and deliver ~3.5M in annual electrical/projects.
• Own OT network reliability, cybersecurity, and control systems upgrades.
• Develop maintenance strategies and mentor teams across functions.
