Job summary

Cochran Inc. is seeking a Project Manager II or III for our Electrical Construction team in Seattle, WA. You will plan, direct, and coordinate project activities to meet timeframes and budgets, guiding cross-functional teams while supporting successful outcomes.

You will lead proposals, estimates, and change orders using Accubid; maintain rigorous safety and documentation standards, and manage client relationships from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Experience planning, directing and coordinating construction projects within time and budget.
• Ability to prepare project estimates and budgets using Accubid; develop formal proposals.
• Strong communication with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Knowledge of permitting and safety best practices.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain customer relationships and identify opportunities to expand business.
• Prepare and manage project estimates and budgets; develop and submit proposals.
• Collaborate to review scope, timelines, staffing, and resource allocation.
• Maintain project documentation in PM software; track changes and billing.
• Lead change orders, coordinate with GC and subcontractors, ensure quality and compliance.
• Mentor junior staff and lead project teams as needed.
