Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree or certificate preferred.
• Two years of related experience or training.
• Able to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Strong English writing and verbal communication.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate data collection for material selection and documentation.
• Maintain RFIs, ASIs, change orders, and revisions.
• Coordinate with trades to align documentation.
• Prepare submittals, schedules, and O&M manuals.
• Estimate quantities and track change orders.
• Monitor QA logs and address issues.
• Participate in project meetings and status updates.
