Job summary

Cochran is seeking a Project Manager II or III for its Electrical Construction team in Seattle, WA. You will plan, direct, and coordinate project activities to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery while supporting safety, compliance, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include estimating, budgeting, resource allocation, and overseeing subcontractors, with opportunities to lead a team and grow Cochran’s presence in the Pacific Northwest. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3–6 years of related experience or training.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical procedures, drawings, and specs.
• Experience with Accubid estimating software and project management.
• Ability to manage multiple project phases and mentor juniors.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and identify opportunities to expand business.
• Prepare project estimates and budgets using Accubid; assist in proposals.
• Collaborate to review scope, timelines, staffing, and resource allocation across phases.
• Promote and enforce jobsite safety and adherence to policies.
• Maintain project documentation, schedules, and billing records.
• Lead change orders and ensure accurate pricing with Accubid tools.
• Oversee subcontractor and vendor performance for quality and timeliness.
