Job summary

You will collaborate with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to maintain schedule, quality, and safety on electrical construction projects such as TI work for offices, campuses, hospitals. This role emphasizes planning, documentation, and coordination.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Two-year college or technical certificate preferred, or equivalent education and experience.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, spreadsheets, and Smartsheet.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, instructions, and technical documentation.
• Strong reasoning and problem-solving ability.
• Effective communicator in English (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Obtain required information for materials selection, dimensions, and owner/third-party documentation.
• Track jobsite documentation including RFIs, ASIs, and change orders.
• Coordinate efforts with other trades and documentation.
• Prepare submittals, schedules, and O&M manuals.
• Estimate, count, and prepare change orders.
• Track QA procedures, logs, and issues.
• Attend project meetings as assigned.
