Job summary

Protouch Staffing seeks an experienced Electrical Construction Project Manager to lead electrical projects in Wahpeton, ND and surrounding areas. You will oversee bids, budgeting, scheduling, and coordination of labor, materials, and subcontractors to deliver projects safely and on time.

The role requires strong leadership, communication skills, and a solid understanding of electrical codes and safety standards. This is a full-time on-site position with client and field team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent education and experience.
• 6+ years electrical field experience.
• Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician license in North Dakota or Minnesota.
• Experience estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating resources for electrical construction projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Procore, and electrical estimating software such as Accubid or McCormick.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and shop drawings.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical construction and maintenance projects from bid through final completion.
• Coordinate resources, labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors for efficient execution.
• Develop project estimates, budgets, and cost projections.
• Maintain relationships with project owners, general contractors, architects, engineers, and design teams.
• Review change orders and negotiate with vendors and subcontractors.
