Job summary

KGI Utility Solutions is hiring a skilled Electric Distribution Line Crew Foreman in Selma, TX. The role leads construction, maintenance, troubleshooting, switching and restoration of distribution systems, ensuring safety, reliability, and customer service.

You will oversee daily crew activities and coordinate jobsite execution per client standards. Ideal candidates have 7+ years as a Journeyman Lineman, a Texas Class A CDL, and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Journeyman Lineman experience
• Valid Texas Class A CDL
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening, background screening, and fit-for-duty requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent with technical aptitude

Responsibilities

• Lead crews in construction, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of overhead and underground electric distribution systems
• Direct and coordinate distribution switching to maintain reliability for customers
• Mentor distribution linemen, apprentices, and groundmen
• Maintain and operate trucks and equipment used in the electric utility industry
• Provide storm restoration and emergency response leadership
• Ensure compliance with client standards and safety requirements
