Job summary

Jarvis Law Office, P.C. seeks an experienced Managing Attorney to lead its legal team in Ohio. You will supervise attorneys and paralegals, oversee daily operations, and supervise client engagement from consult through signing.

You will design plans with clients, ensure ethical practices, and manage budgets while driving growth and quality service. You will meet with clients, families, and trustees, review estate planning documents, coordinate with operations, and contribute to newsletters and

Qualifications

• Active Ohio/West Virginia law license in good standing.
• 5+ years of management or supervisory experience.
• 5+ years of legal sales or client development experience.
• 2+ years of Elder Law experience preferred.
• Strong coaching, feedback, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily management of the legal department for Attorneys and Paralegals.
• Meet with clients to design estate plans for pre-planning and crisis cases.
• Set standards for retainer and co-counsel agreements and ethics compliance.
• Manage department budget and participate in hiring decisions.
• Lead client workshops, webinars, and community outreach.
• Review documents and ensure quality, accuracy, and risk management.
