Jarvis Law Office, P.C. is seeking a Managing Attorney to lead the legal team in Dublin, OH, with oversight of Attorneys and Paralegals. The role emphasizes client-focused estate planning, Medicaid planning, and ethical leadership.

The position offers a hybrid in-office/work model, competitive base salary, and a performance bonus tied to revenue and quality. You will report to the Founding Attorney and CEO on respective matters.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio or West Virginia law license in good standing.
• At least 5 years of management or supervisory experience.
• At least 5 years in legal sales or client development with a track record of converting consultations.
• At least 2 years of Elder Law experience; estate planning and Medicaid planning preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the legal department's day-to-day operations and supervise attorneys and staff.
• Meet with clients to design thoughtful estate plans for pre-planning and crisis cases.
• Manage budgets, hiring, and ethics compliance with the executive team.
• Develop client workshops and community engagement to grow the firm's presence.
