Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; degree in business administration or related field preferred.
• 2 years EHS experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• OSHA 30 hour general industry training within 90 days of start.
• Willingness to travel between Greencastle and Waynesboro, PA.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Dakota application a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate safety initiatives, incident investigations and training programs.
• Maintain EHS records, training databases and performance metrics.
• Prepare environmental reports and maintain permits as required.
• Monitor employee eligibility for PPE and uniforms.
• Assist with OSHA 300 log and corrective action tracking.
• Stay current with environmental regulations and trends.
