Job summary

Reliable Sprinkler Co. is seeking an EHS Coordinator to support the Environmental Health & Safety function at our Greencastle & Waynesboro locations. You will assist with incident investigations, training programs, and maintaining safety data.

You will maintain training records, track metrics, and help prepare environmental reports and permits. A high school diploma is required; OSHA 30 within 90 days and willingness to travel between PA sites are required; MS Office proficiency is expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; business/admin degree preferred.
• 2 years EHS experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• OSHA 30 hour general industry within 90 days.
• Willingness to travel between Greencastle and Waynesboro, PA.
• Proficient with MS Office and safety software.

Responsibilities

• Assist and coordinate compliance of the EHS management system.
• Maintain EHS training records.
• Support EHS performance metrics and reporting.
• Coordinate EHS training and training database.
• Manage PPE eligibility and orders.
• Assist with incident investigations and OSHA 300 log.
• Prepare safety analyses and risk assessments.
• Maintain environmental reports and permits.
• Stay updated on environmental trends and legislation.
