Qualifications

• The EHS Coordinator supports the EHS function and assists the EHS Manager with safety initiatives.
• Minimum 2 years of related EHS experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• OSHA 30 hour general industry training within 90 days of start.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; able to document and report data.
• Willingness to travel between Greencastle, PA and Waynesboro, PA locations.
• Familiarity with environmental, health and safety regulations and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Assist and coordinate compliance and maintenance of the EHS management system.
• Maintain EHS training records and assist with training programs.
• Support facilities' EHS performance metrics and reporting.
• Facilitate EHS training and maintain training databases.
• Maintain safety equipment eligibility and authorize orders as needed.
• Assist with incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
