Job summary

Obsolete Site is seeking a dedicated supervisor to lead a team delivering child and youth programs in a federal settings environment. The role focuses on oversight of direct care staff, program evaluations, safety, and compliance with immunization and background-check requirements.

The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience, excellent verbal and written communication, and the ability to coordinate training, audits, and performance feedback while ensuring high-quality care for children

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in education or related field required.
  • Experience supervising caregivers in child/youth programs.
  • Ability to manage program evaluations and implement corrective actions.
  • Must pass background checks and immunization requirements.
  • Experience conducting trainings and interacting with staff and parents.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise an assigned team of up to twelve ratios children/youth and volunteers.
  • Conduct and review program evaluations and implement corrective actions.
  • Occasionally serve as Manager on Duty in absence of Director.
  • Observe direct care staff and evaluate performance.
  • Address personnel concerns and promote safety, health, and nutrition practices.
