Job summary

Obsolete Site is seeking a skilled Child and Youth Services supervisor to lead a team delivering developmentally appropriate care for children and youth from 6 weeks to 18 years. You will oversee lesson planning, staff instruction, and daily activities to support growth across social, emotional, physical, and cognitive domains.

• Must be 18 years or older and able to meet background checks.
• Must communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the CYS program staff to provide developmental care and instruction for ages 6 weeks to 18 years.
• Ensure developmentally appropriate activities promoting social, emotional, physical and cognitive growth.
• Instruct team members, provide written instructions and materials.
• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and schedules based on observed needs.
• Ensure staff follow health and safety standards including diapering, toileting, hand washing, cleaning, food service, safe sleep, and illness care.
