Job summary

Spiezle Architectural Group seeks a results-driven Educational Project Manager and licensed architect to lead project teams on local and national projects. The role involves mentoring staff, managing scope, schedule, and profitability, and collaborating with clients and sub-consultants.

You will contribute to staffing, business development, and the continuous improvement of project management processes, while fostering an environment that supports staff growth and project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture from an accredited college/university.
• Licensed Architect in the United States or eligibility for reciprocity.
• LEED or equivalent designation preferred but willing to train.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; able to multi-task and set priorities.
• Experience leading project teams and managing profitability and schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams to meet design, profitability, and deadline targets.
• Mentor project architects and staff; develop team capabilities.
• Manage client interactions and coordinate with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and implement project management methodologies and ensure QA/QC.
• Support business development through marketing, proposals, and client relationships.
• Oversee staffing planning, budgeting, and project man-hours.
