Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture required.
Minimum of 8 years’ experience in interior design/project leadership.
NCIDQ Certification required or equivalent licensure.
Proficiency in Revit, Lumion, Enscape, Photoshop, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Lead design visioning, programming, concept development and integration of interior design solutions.
Develop space plans, adjacencies, and design documentation.
Oversee preparation of drawings, specs, and construction documents.
Coordinate with consultants and project team; lead client presentations and communications.
Manage project scope, schedule, budgets, and QA/QC across all phases.
