• Portfolio required for compensation evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage school projects across CA, focusing on K-12 and higher education.
• Lead and mentor junior staff, fostering collaboration.
• Negotiate contracts, present designs, and write proposals.
• Engage directly with clients to understand needs and expectations.
• Oversee project timelines and regulatory compliance.
