Job summary

Zohorecruit partners with a reputed hospital in Russellville to hire an experienced RN Charge Nurse to guide and manage Emergency Department operations.

You will lead ED nursing staff on nights, oversee patient flow, bed placement, staffing, and collaborate with physicians to ensure safe, efficient care. BLS/ACLS required, PALS preferred, leadership experience encouraged; retirement and PTO benefits provided.

Qualifications

• BLS and ACLS required.
• PALS preferred.
• Previous charge nurse or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support ED nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Coordinate patient flow, bed placement, and staffing assignments.
• Assist with high-acuity patients and emergency situations.
• Ensure compliance with safety, clinical, and documentation standards.
• Serve as a trusted resource for clinical decision-making and problem-solving.
