The Staff Pad partnered with a reputed hospital in Manchester, TN to recruit an experienced RN Charge Nurse for the Emergency Department. Qualifications

• Active Tennessee RN license.
• BLS and ACLS required.
• PALS preferred.
• Emergency Department experience required.
• Previous charge nurse or leadership experience preferred.

In this role you will lead a dedicated Emergency Department team in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. As the ED Charge Nurse, you’ll oversee patient flow, staffing, and clinical operations while collaborating with physicians and care teams to deliver safe, efficient, and exceptional patient care.
