The Staff Pad has partnered with a reputed hospital in Manchester, TN to hire an experienced RN Charge Nurse for the ED. You will lead an ED team in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment, overseeing patient flow, staffing and clinical operations while collaborating with physicians to deliver safe, efficient patient care.

Schedule: Full-Time Nights. Tennessee RN license with BLS/ACLS; PALS preferred. The role offers competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee RN license.
• BLS and ACLS required; PALS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise ED nursing staff during assigned shifts.
• Coordinate patient flow, bed placement, and staffing assignments.
• Assist with high-acuity patients and emergency situations.
• Ensure compliance with safety, clinical, and documentation standards.
• Serve as a resource for clinical decision-making and problem-solving.
