KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring teachers to lead and mentor staff while delivering our curriculum in a safe, nurturing environment. You will collaborate with families to support each child’s growth and learning across classrooms and centers.

We value experienced educators with CDA, ideally a Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education, CPR/First Aid, and a willingness to obtain state trainer credentials. Join a team that partners with families and supports community engagement.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service, strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or meet NAEYC candidacy.
• Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education preferred; state trainer preferred.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor teachers in the classroom.
• Implement KinderCare curriculum aligned with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Partner with parents to support children’s education and care.
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation and engagement.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities and partners.
