Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Teacher to lead, mentor, and deliver high-quality early childhood education across our centers. You will implement our curriculum, foster a safe and nurturing environment, and engage with families to support children’s growth and learning.

The role requires strong customer service, teamwork, and adherence to state qualifications. Benefits include discounted child care, medical/dental/vision, and employee support programs.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations effectively.
• Possess active CDA Credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in the classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistently with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support center success by working with staff and leadership on enrollment, accreditation and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts and partners.
